　　二、眾所周知，蘇聯有個叫西伯利亞的地方。那里一年四季冰天雪地、荒無人煙、蕭瑟凄涼，是專門用來流放犯人的。在我國古代尤其是唐宋兩朝，這一帶就是中原地區的“西伯利亞”，是封建王朝的流放地。為什么要選擇這兒而不選擇別處呢?因為這里交通閉塞，人煙稀少，瘟疫流行，常年干旱，天氣酷熱，環境極為惡劣。

　　三、唐宋兩朝，許多被流放至此的人由于路途艱難，初到伊始，人地生疏、水土不服，加之情緒低落、悲觀失望，極少有生還中原的。他們個個無不懷著走天涯、下海角的感受。“天涯海角”在他們看來，不僅僅是指地球的盡頭，而且意味著人生末日的到來。難怪被流放至此的唐朝兩度宰相李德裕稱之為“鬼門關”。

　　他的全詩是：“一去一萬里，千去千不還;

　　崖州在何處，生度鬼門關。”

　　(唐代稱“三亞”市為“崖州”)

　　這可以說是當時的真實寫照啊!

　　由于以上三個原因，即理論上的原因、地理上的原因和歷史上的原因，人們稱此地為“天涯海角”。

　　今天我們去“體驗”一下作為一個流放者走天涯下海角的心情。但是，作為旅游者，我們不但沒有情緒不佳，反而心花怒放，我相信，你們會為能前往這么一個帶有神奇色彩，令人向往的古跡勝地而感到欣慰的。

　　在北京旅游人們常說：“不到長城非好漢”，今天我要說：“不到天涯海角誓不罷休。”

　　我為諸位能有機會到此一游而感到驕傲，大家想想，在我們漫長的人生道路上，假如有機會到過天涯海角，這個被李德裕“高度贊譽”為“鬼門關”的地方，試問在我們今后的人生道路上，還有什么克服不了的艱難困苦呢?一切困難與天涯海角相比皆顯得無足輕重、暗淡無關了。這是我此時的第一個想法。此外，我發現在我們中間有許多成雙成對的伴侶，有成年的老夫老妻，也有卿卿我我的年輕情侶，我羨慕你們，為你們高興。你們想過嗎?你們手拉著手，肩并著肩來到天涯海角，作丈夫的把妻子帶到天涯海角，妻子則跟著丈夫到了天之邊、海之角，請問你們這一輩子還會分開嗎?我相信你們一定會更加相親相愛，心心相印，白頭偕老，永不分離。

　　現在我們已經進入了天涯海角游覽區的停車場，我們所乘坐的觀光車就停在這里，該是“束馬懸車”的時候了，游覽時間是一個半小時，在游覽的過程中或許比較辛苦。因為景區天涯 、海角是根據天涯行苦役，海角路漫漫。來刻意營造的。大家想要看到天涯、海角的石刻，需要經過一段漫長的熱帶海岸沙灘才能到達。達到目的地以后，還得原路返回，如此經過千辛萬苦才能體會到前人，闖天涯海角的滋味。千年走一回，天涯海角，這時候人生的一大樂趣。朋友，讓我們一起去天涯系日，海角攬月，留著這美好的時光。

　　這是我們沿海灘遇到的一個石刻，上面刻有“海判南天”，判在這里是什么意思呢?判為分開、分離、分辨的意思，可以認為南海與南天在此分開。如果我們一起背對著這塊巨石，面朝著南還就能領悟到，也可以說大海把帶和南天，隔開或分開。是否，也可以如此理解：大地，大海，和南天在此分開同時也是在此匯合。我們在回過頭看看，這是誰題寫的呢?是清康熙53年欽差大臣苗曹湯，巡邊至此題刻，這時候天涯海角風景區目前發現的最早石刻。

　　往前走不出二十米米，在海邊的一塊巨石，就是舉世文明的“南天一柱”石刻，“南天一柱” 的上款刻著，宣統元年四個小字，下款刻的是，“永安范云梯”字樣。“宣統元年”也就是“公元”，永安是地名，經考證是指“永安州”，也就是現在的廣西賀州地區的錳山縣。“范云梯” 是“南天一柱” 的題字作者。字步月，永安水竇村人。，出生于清同治二年，“范云梯”在海南為官前后十八年，宣統元年晚清朝廷腐敗無能。外國列強紛至沓來，共同瓜分中國清朝處在內外交困，危機四伏，風雨飄搖之中，當時46歲的“范云梯”出任崖州知州，苦心經營海南島這快不毛之地。一天巡邊至此看見驚濤之中一根石柱頂天立地，心潮澎湃，感慨萬千。有道是，“國家興旺，匹夫有責”。意到筆到，“南天一柱”四個大字一揮而就。只見字體端莊，雄渾有力，筆記飽滿，言近旨遠。完全是渾然天成。

　　遠古先民的“地方天圓”，認為大地是方形的，故有東南西北的說法，天是圓的，天籠蓋著“四方大地”，大地東南西北分別有四跟柱子支撐著天空，如此的南天一拄迎合了人們的地方天圓之說。人們見此“南天一拄”大可不必擔心天要塌崩下來。根據中國傳統的說，天是圓的，它由地上四個角的四根柱子支撐著，這就是其中的一根柱子的化身，它支撐著南天，讓人民安居樂業。除此之外，我認為，它更能代表海南人民堅強、勇敢的性格，是海南人民的象征。

　　南天一拄獨立石磊之中，屹立在南海之濱，奇偉壯觀。南天一拄和我們后面要游覽的天涯，海角一起構成主題景區的三大景觀。1986版的兩圓人民幣的背面圖案采用的就就是這“南天一柱”的風景圖。

　　到了天涯海角，諸位會看見兩座巨石，上面分別刻有“天涯”“海角”的字樣，這就是我們的目的地。延著沙灘200左右，正前方十多米高的花崗巖小山。就是著名的天涯石刻所在地。雍正十一年，時任中國最南端的崖州太守程哲，一天，路過海灣，一巨石判決海灘路中，構筑天然屏障，巖頂藍天、高聳天際，青山白云環繞朝向神奇的海風吹來，引發感慨，便題寫了“天涯”兩個字。距今已有260多年的歷史，如今作為旅游景區向游人開放，引人入勝天涯兩個字可謂一字連城。

　　而海角兩字，據說是清末文人之手，雖有種種傳聞，但至今一時無法考證，不過起能善解人意的題字，圓了人們天涯海角的夢，讓有情人及有緣人在有生之年，相偎相伴來這海之角，天之涯，觀賞這海的波濤，傾聽著愛的呼喚。再次許下愛的宣言，讓堅貞的愛情故事再現。
